Accuracy you can trust
Swiss Ephemeris is the same astronomical foundation used by professional astrology software. Planet positions are calculated to fractions of a degree.
You choose your city from a worldwide database. Time zone and daylight saving are applied as they were on your birth date, not by today’s rules.
Houses are calculated with Placidus, the most widely used system. Every astrological term in the book is explained in plain words.
Don’t know your birth time?
That’s fine. We cast the chart for 12:00 noon. Planets in signs barely change within a day, so you still get the essentials about your character, love and talents. Houses, the Ascendant and the Midheaven cannot be known without the time, so they are left out of the book – and it says so openly. If the Moon changed sign on your birthday, we show both options.
FAQ
What do I need for the calculation?
Your date, time and place of birth. The time is often on the birth certificate, or ask your family. Without a time we can still make the chart, just without houses and the Ascendant.
How accurate is it?
We calculate with Swiss Ephemeris, the astronomical tables used by professional software. Time zone and daylight saving come from a historical database for your birth date.
What is different for women and men?
The texts follow your gender in wording and in meaning. For a woman Venus describes her style in love; for a man, the women he is drawn to and what he values.
Is it hard to read?
No. The book is written in simple words, and every term – Ascendant, house, aspect – is explained at the start and along the way.
How and when do I get my chart?
A few minutes after payment a flipbook and a PDF to download and print appear in your account.
Can I order a chart for someone else?
Yes, just enter their name, gender, date, time and place of birth. It makes a lovely gift.
Which languages are available?
English, German and Russian – you choose when ordering.
Is this fortune-telling?
No. A natal chart is a tool for self-knowledge: it shows tendencies and strengths, and the decisions are always yours. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice.
