Public Offer (Terms of Service)

1. Parties. Marina Schmidt, self-employed (Russian Federation), INN 772595354106 (the "Provider"), offers any person aged 18 or over (the "Client") to conclude a contract on these terms. Paying for a service constitutes acceptance.
2. Services. Information and consulting services in numerology, astrology and esoteric practices: individual readings, calculations, access to a private VIP group, and other services described at ostrowa.com and in @ostrow_pokoya_bot.
3. Nature of services. The services are provided for information and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, guarantee no outcome, and do not replace professional help. The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown at the time of order; no VAT is charged. Payment is made via YooKassa or Stripe; the Provider never receives card data. A receipt is issued via the "Moy Nalog" app.
5. Delivery. Individual readings are delivered within 7 working days after all required data is received, unless stated otherwise. A service is deemed provided when the result is sent; VIP access is granted for the paid period.
6. Withdrawal and refunds. Before work starts, the Client may cancel for a full refund. After work has started, the Provider refunds the price minus costs actually incurred. Once the result has been delivered, no refund is due. For EU consumers: by requesting that the service starts immediately, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Unused VIP periods are refunded pro rata. Refund requests: mysteriavitar@gmail.com; refunds are made within 10 days to the original payment method.
7. Liability. Limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where liability cannot be limited by mandatory law. The Provider is not liable for outages of Telegram, payment services or internet providers.
8. Intellectual property. Materials are for the Client's personal use only and may not be redistributed.
9. Personal data. Processed according to the Privacy Policy: ostrowa.com/en/privacy/.
10. Governing law and disputes. Russian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the Client's country of residence remain unaffected. Complaints are answered within 10 days.
