Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I freely and on my own behalf give my consent to Marina Schmidt (self-employed, INN 772595354106, mysteriavitar@gmail.com) to process my personal data as follows.
1. Data: name, email, phone or Telegram contact, date of birth, city or time zone, Telegram profile data (ID, username, name, language), my request text, chosen service, history of my interaction with the bot and website, IP address and technical device data.
2. Purposes: handling my request, calculating and sending personal forecasts, providing services, contacting me, statistics and service improvement.
3. Operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure to the hosting and payment providers listed in the Privacy Policy, restriction, erasure and destruction, by automated and non-automated means.
4. International transfer: I explicitly consent to my data being stored in the Russian Federation with a backup in Germany. I understand that Russia has no EU adequacy decision.
5. Duration: until the purposes are achieved or I withdraw consent.
6. Withdrawal: via /revoke in the bot or by email to mysteriavitar@gmail.com. Processing stops and data is deleted within 30 days, except data that must be kept by law.
